I laugh at the recruit farmers part. From the looks of the first pic, idk if hills are the best option for farming #1. #2, she must not realize that people steal produce all the time in fields. I know someone personally who caught a group of thieves drove there truck straight into the sweet corn patch, not the head row but into the damn field and picked it. Stole watermelons, all types of shite.

Damn... it takes 19 families to buy 90 acres?!!! Well. Good luck with that! They can’t even show up to a BBQ without fighting and shooting much less own a parcel of land together!

So kids growing up playing the SIMS games and think they can make a new city. Other kids grow up playing Call of Duty and think they are soldiers/medics. Well life is about to come at most of a generation very quickly.

I was thinking all the breaks they will get in setting up that community.
We know who will pay the bills for all that development. Roads, Water System, Internet,Cell Towers. It will cost millions to make that land livable.
