I have no idea why anyone willingly testifies to anything before Congress. It's more about the committee memebers opinions rather than the "witnesses".

Even worse, the Democrats draw out these convoluted, half truths, and accusations, take up all of their 5 minutes trashing Barr. In turn, Reps donate half of their time for Barr to answer Dems.
