No idea. The traditional 4-year college setup isn't necessarily a scam in 2026, but it's an antiquated model. We're encouraging our kids to earn their degrees in the cheapest way possible. We'd honestly rather them live at home and go to community college at first. Then we'll give them the money we would have spent for the down payment on a house.

The risk/reward just isn't there anymore, even with TOPS and/or some scholarship money (which most kids don't get).

ETA: This is for most degrees. If you're kid is pre-med or going into a high level STEM field, then sure. But they still all need the basics, and if they didn't CLEP out or take AP in high school, a community college is a way to knock out dirt cheap credits.

But to the OP, this poor girl with the short hair has legit mental issues. The screeching is not normal.

Not to defend her, but perhaps that was the agreement she had with her folks. The husband should've stepped up however.

I notice it too.

The thinner chick is most likely experimenting. And when she decides to go back, some guy is going to have to deal with her fricked up head.

Absolutely, they were the "your education is our responsibility" types. But it should also have been their responsibility to guide her towards a marketable undergrad to begin with.

But most parents seem to forget that 17 year olds have no experience, and very little judgement. They can't be trusted to "follow their why" to the tune of six figures of expense.

Wasn't dogging you my dude Agreed, too many parents just see college as a babysitter institution and leave with a piece of paper. A gal I used to date in college was on her 3rd masters degree pretty much in pencil art and of course was in 150k+ debt post-grad

The girl was hysterical, but I’m not sure she should be admitted to a hospital. Many people have episodes at one time or another…

Not specific to this one video but female Mental illness is rampant. Western culture is a pathological petri dish. It's hard to connect and find meaning. People are dealing with feeling left behind, discarded and lost. People are lonely and afraid. The family unit has collapsed, and spiritual meaning has been lost. This feminized Progressive pathogen-which is sold as a solution- has spread-and it intends to be annoying and confrontational. It's not going away anytime soon but I hope that it is addressed as it needs to be addressed-not expressed as politics but addressed as a mental illness and a spiritual crisis.

good synopsis. Closed is better, but they are accredited. Maybe the accreditation industry needs to be reviewed?

She was kicked out of that college. Could not follow simple commands to stay off the college and the poor dad was tired of her shite. Not a stable person and could, at the very minimum, spend a week or so in some facility to be evaluated by doctors.

The glasses girl reeks of, "Lesbian until graduation." She will make many men miserable and file for divorce in her lifetime.
