The sole reliance on vaccination as a primary strategy to mitigate COVID-19 and its adverse consequences needs to be re-examined, especially considering the Delta (B.1.617.2) variant and the likelihood of future variants. Other pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions may need to be put in place alongside increasing vaccination rates. Such course correction, especially with regards to the policy narrative, becomes paramount with emerging scientific evidence on real world effectiveness of the vaccines.
For instance, in a report released from the Ministry of Health in Israel, the effectiveness of 2 doses of the BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) vaccine against preventing COVID-19 infection was reported to be 39% [6], substantially lower than the trial efficacy of 96% [7]. It is also emerging that immunity derived from the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine may not be as strong as immunity acquired through recovery from the COVID-19 virus [8]. A substantial decline in immunity from mRNA vaccines 6-months post immunization has also been reported [9]. Even though vaccinations offers protection to individuals against severe hospitalization and death, the CDC reported an increase from 0.01 to 9% and 0 to 15.1% (between January to May 2021) in the rates of hospitalizations and deaths, respectively, amongst the fully vaccinated [10].

None from the Evil Empire, they’ve shot down a handful though.

Simply put, big Pharma has been paid billions to pump out an ineffective “vaccine” that then acts to pump out variants of the virus due to said ineffectiveness. What comes next? Well more ineffective “vaccines” for those variants. Nice gig if you can get it.

I'm glad that y'all appear to be interested in science, and I hope that y'all follow the recommendations.

Congrats. You have quickly climbed the ladder for the worst poster here. Still a little ways to go but stay on the path and be true to the cause.
Science once said the earth was flat.
Science once said the sun revolved around the earth.
Science once said we would be overpopulated and starving by 1985.
Science once said the oceans would be dead by 1995ish???
Science once said the glaciers at Glacier National Monument would be gone by 2020.
Science once said the ice cap would be non-existent in 2014.
Need I go on Mr. Nye?

Pfizer’s efficacy against Covid alpha was under 50%. That’s my suspicion based on the FDA briefing Pfizer gave.

We’re already there. The rates of hospitalizations and deaths for breakthrough infections isn’t drastically different from the unvaccinated rates.

Vax, boosters, suggestions of further booster shots. FREE! But are they? Big Pharm and Big Insurance are getting federal dollars for all of this. Taxpayers are paying for it all! We got sold some snake oil and the plan was to keep it going.

None by our govt that I'm aware of. In fact, they seem to actively oppose other means.
Beyond here, look at Uttar Pradesh. Ivermectin, zinc, and a Z-pack works. Monoclonal antibodies has been effective.
