You either only saw half the story or something. There was a confrontation before he shot the first guy then he ran.

And anyone who has any sort of firearms training is taught only show your weapon when you plan to fire that weapon.

And I say this again.... I don't care that he shot these people. I'm just interested in the legal aspect of this case.

I only had to read down 6 entries to find someone that is sllloooowwww.

Some idiots just don't get it.

It's no wonder we have Mayors and governors that see nothing wrong with Burning, Looting & Murdering.

So because I'm not a keyboard tough guy like you I'm an idiot and a liberal.

No. You are an idiot for thinking that the fact that crazy people will interpret simply carrying a weapon as provocation is the fault of the person carrying the weapon.°

don't worry you can continue to hide on your sofa. When the mob shows up hopefully somebody like Kyle will be there while you curl up in fear

There is no reason to show up in the middle of a protest carrying a gun. It’s not about being legal, it’s about poor judgement on his part. For the same reason coaches tell their players nothing good happens after midnight.

If they are rioting and burning down businesses, yes.

If they are defending against rioting and burning down businesses, no.

No, I watched every video, to include the NYT article that detailed moment by moment what happened, to include why Kyle was there. You might want to read it.

quote:

There was a confrontation before he shot the first guy then he ran.

Ya, Rosenbaum came after him and he tried to get away, chased the entire time by Rosenbaum.

And anyone who has any sort of firearms training is taught only show your weapon when you plan to fire that weapon.

He had it at the low ready right up until he shot Rosenbaum. This is also detailed in the NYT article and corroborated by witnesses.

It might help if you get your facts straight first.

You misspelled riot

And my response to you was reference your pavlovian repetition of the out-of-state mantra. Out-of-state isn't terribly meaningful if it's in f****** commute distance. He drove fewer miles to get to that Riot then I drive to work.

Openly carrying he was there to provoke

He was there to help protect property. He got separated from his group and the antifa criminals singled him out and followed him. The Daily Caller reporter was there and said midget man and some others crossed the street and made a beeline for him. They started chasing him. He was in full retreat. Instead of regurgitating a CNN or MSNBC narative, why don't you watch all video and photos available and do your own research before coming to a conclusion.

But there is a damn good reason to show up to a riot with one if your intent is on self defense while you volunteer to provide medical aid, which Kyle did to protesters.

No, I will defend me and mine. But I'm not going to travel looking for a problem. I'm not a keyboard tough guy like you. Do you "Open Carry" your keyboard?

Actually our Founders compelled us on many occasions to protect the country and form of governance they gave us, so there's plenty of reason....

Every time one of you idiots says something like this I wonder if you actually think you have a point

At best your argument is that the other person you responded to isn't terribly Brave themselves. But that still doesn't negate The Bravery of those who do fight for what's right. And it doesn't negate the truth I'm somebody saying they should be lauded for it.

Which is what Rittenhouse decided to do.

Why would you deny him his choice?

I can only assume at this point that you are too stupid to comprehend that he didn't travel. This may be a news flash to you but state borders are sometimes right next to where people live. Repeating the stupid travel mantra just shows but you can't think for yourself

Nevertheless cool story. You want the kind of person that helps anybody other than yourself. So you can't comprehend why somebody else would. That says more about you than it does about Kyle
