Ok. Then you were intentionally correct. My apologies.

Is he auditioning for the role of the Joker in some new upcoming movie?
These are the kind of people red flag laws need to be applied to. My guess is he has a list of people written down already.

It’s a bad showing of what they call “short stop thinking” on this. It doesn’t take a law degree to compose the thought that the ideal and expected default position from potential justices during confirmation, or hell really just any time and all the time, is that a nominee can and must only swear to consider only the law (Constitution or otherwise) as applied to the factual scenario that may come before them. Nobody in their right mind would lock in the permanent belief that the jurisprudence resulting from Roe could ever be reviewed again, particularly and most relevantly in the case of a new/novel question with proper standing and otherwise ripe for review on the subject works its way through the federal court system. That’s a preposterous concept on its face.

1- I thought that among his freaky tribe males are not allowed an opinion
2- even though his viewpoint makes it possible for him to bang all the angry members of the vagina hat squad and be immune from the consequences of an “unplanned pregnancy” - this dude is not getting laid. I’ve never been in a fist fight. Even I could kick this dude’s arse. Ladies don’t like the idea of having relations with a guy who they don’t perceive as capable of protecting them.
3- Why do all the leftist arguments about abortion assume that women are incapable of selecting their sexual partners and worse, that if they get preggos from a stupid drunken decision or from an occasion that they chose poorly (see Stripper who banged Hunter Biden)- that they cannot compel the man to financially take care of the baby? Perhaps these angry leftists who are so concerned about dooming these babies to a life of poverty should focus instead on assistance to mothers who are students, longer maternity leave, and enforcement of support obligations from fathers - instead of insisting that we should murder our offspring bc we were drunk at the time, or sterilize men.
It seems like anathema to survival of our species (not that this dude is getting laid anytime soon)
