That doesn't seem completely farfetched to me. There's no doubt the left would gladly gut the 1st and 2nd Amendments and many on the left have spoken of packing the Supreme Court. I don't know that it will definitely happen but I do believe it could happen

If you can look at the actions of those such as John Thune who refuses to bring the Save Act up for a vote to protect election integrity; An act 85% of American citizens want - on both sides of the isle and believe for one moment he is not a part of the Uniparty then I dont know what to tell you.
