I don't see Zoomers doing it from where I'm standing. My Son, who was God given to me in my 40s by my much younger wife ... doesn't have a woke bone in his body. At 26 he owns his own home. He puts away money for retirement while knocking down six figures. None of his pals are pussies either ... although there is one cuck in the bunch married to a smoke show sex kitten, even that one is still not a sniveling pussy.
Employers are rewarding hard working Zoomer males.
Employers are hesitant to hire Millennials and Gen Xers a lot of times. Not all of those two generations are pussies (we're talking males here) but a lot of them are.
Women are inherently entitled Karens from those two generations. I've got three older daughters, one in her 40s and two in their late 30s ... and my two oldest (both attorneys) are insufferable libtards. My youngest daugher at 35 (a Phd in Clinical Psychology) saw the error of her ways and she's now playing for the good guys alongside my Son.

So you don't understand the post you are responding to?
Which one? The one where we have to start calling it welfare?
At this point its primary function welfare regardless of its origin in the New Deal. I do not know enough about its role in financing the new deal to comment on that, but the New Deal was almost 90 years ago now.

Absolutely.
Fortunately, we dont have binary choices here. We're too afraid to have free markets and too immoral to run a collective society.

100% FALSE. SS was created to force the public to lend FDR's Federal Government money to fund the New Deal
Part of the New Deal was ax expansion of the social safety net
Social safety net
Social Security
Socialism
Do you get it now?

I Agree
Boomers think it’s sone sort of prepaid retirement program they are entitled to get a return on
That mentality came about because boomers kept repeating it until people started to believe it

quote:So someone that pays into a required system for their entire work career with an employer match which could have been more discretionary income if not required should expect nothing for those "contributions"? The problem is your government stole our money and rather than investing our withholdings they used it to carry on their useless wars and pay for welfare queens with 6 kids. Yeah - I am pissed but I am going to accept my SS as long as it lasts and smile every time I see a direct deposit in my bank account. Now go to work so my check won't be late.

I specifically mentioned the fact that they don’t realize that millennials are their kids.

That’s usually how tax works. It reduces our discretionary income.
SS and how it is funded is no different, really, then how net investment income tax was created to fund Obamacare subsidies

• In year one, not 1¢ of SS payroll tax went to paying out SS.
• In year two, not 1¢ of SS payroll tax went to paying out SS.
• In year three, not 1¢ of SS payroll tax went to paying out SS.
• Beginning in year four payouts were awarded, but just on a weighted basis based on a fraction of the lifetime work requirement.
• Payroll revenue FAR exceeded SS payout for years.
All of that revenue was IMMEDIATELY converted into US Debt obligations and SPENT in the Works Progress Administration, and the Public Works Administration.
FDR created the WPA in 1935 as part of the New Deal to address unemployment. At its peak in late 1938, more than 3.3 million Americans worked for the WPA.
The PWA was responsible for dams construction, e.g., the Grand Coulee Dam and completion projects on the Hoover Dam. It oversaw construction of bridges, schools, airports, hospitals, courthouses, city halls, and sewage disposal plants across the nation.
THAT is where the forced loan money (aka SS) went. Not to a social safety net, nor originally to SS.
Do you get it now?

Millennial vote and boomer vote were bout equal in the 2024 election as far as the split between Trump and Kamala
Millennials and Gen Z shifted way right from 16 and 20 while Boomer vote shifted left
So tell us again who's voting for who
Just look at the data. Millennials and Gen Z are reliably Dem voters and boomers are reliably Rep voters. Re: Trump/Harris, a lot of typical Dem voters went to Trump because Harris is legitimately retarded. But look down ballot and look at 2022, 2020, 2018, 2016, etc.
And it's not new. There's a discernible pattern - voters generally get more conservative as they age.

Millennials paved the way for whatever success Gen Z has. We weathered the wars, recessions, and pandemics that the boomers gave us so that Z can survive. Unfortunately, boomers are about to drain social security so that no one else can ever retire. Gen X is almost as bad, they put everything on a credit card and dumped the debt on everyone else. I hope all the decadence and material comfort was worth destroying America.

Millennials are the only generation that gets more left wing as they age. Sorry, but those shite stains are beyond worthless.

It really is weird how enthusiastic some (maybe most?) Americans embrace the notion of victimhood. It's like a virtue now. It's so valued that people are willing to say, and I presume believe, the most retarded shite imaginable.

Seriously, any idea?
The concept of one generation "paving the way" for another in which those members might only be one day younger is absurd!
