They’re Just Manipulating the Overton Window

The Harris/Walz ticket is nothing more than throwing out 2 of the looniest candidates they have so that in 2028, they can run 2 slightly less loony candidates and make them seem “moderate”…by comparison.
“By comparison” is the key. Humans are wired to compare/relate things to other things and they take advantage of this flaw by manipulating the Overton Window with extremes.
They’ll still try to cheat and win, of course, but they clearly aren’t making a 2024 play here.

Are there actually any American democrats left? Blue dog democrats? Guys like Lloyd Bensen? Manchin and Biden(before he was reprogrammed) were probably the last.

I want to believe this. But I don't.
Nothing the Establishment/Left has done in recent years gives me the indication that they're ready to "punt" and try again in 2028. No, they're going to roll out unprecedented amounts of fraud and cheating and we're going to end up with a President* and VP* with a combined IQ of 100. This is legit scary.

I put “moderate” in quotes for a reason. It won’t be moderate, but they’ll claim it as such since it won’t be as extreme as the window stretchers.
