It wouldn't stop a DA/AG to prosecute a cartel or mafia family of that size, why should it be any different for politicians and their people?

If you prosecute HC, they would have to prosecute Obama. They Communicated on her server, which he knew about. They were never going to prosecute her and then bring down Obama. There's a reason some emails were "lost", unrecoverable!
