1. He was at the end of his sentence anyways
2. I believe his sentence was commuted, not pardoned

I don’t disagree the Chrisleys seem like slimy, arrogant pricks and they probably were guilty of convincing some local yokel idiot bank presidents to give them money. But the 12 years and 9 years sentences were a little wild. They didn’t give Al Capone that much for fraud and they knew he was running the mob and hacking up dudes in broad daylight.
