All they can do is take it, eventually when yhe Iranian people get hungry and thirsty enough... they will rise up and take responsibility for their nation.
Same as our founding fathers did and so many after them. Freedom ain't free.

We may need boots on the ground to adequately humble Iran.

So far, all of our airstrikes have indeed been successful

Satellite imagery shows that the complex was carved to a depth of more than 100 meters below bedrock, making it deeper and more fortified than the Fordow enrichment facility, a highly fortified, underground uranium enrichment facility.
Reaching depths in a mountain is a complex task
Reaching these depths is considered a complex task, even for the most advanced bunker-penetrating bombs in the US arsenal.
Tehran claimed that the site is intended solely as a factory for the production and assembly of advanced centrifuges, not as an active enrichment facility. Iranian authorities, however, are preventing International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors from entering the site.

Maybe he's trying to keep the rats moving.

The civilians have had ample enough time to leave. I think you would feel different about it if we lose a pilot or two because announcing it before it happens
Of course I would.

Airstrikes may be good tactically, but what is the strategy to achieve our goals( whatever those goals may be)?
Posted on 7/21/26 at 8:59 pm to UtahCajun
Well, we’ve hit the targets, but what have we actually achieved?

That’s part of war did you expect 0 casualties? In terms of strict combat proficiency this has been a stunning showcase by the US. The only criticism is not going hard enough in the first days of the war.

The main criticism is trying to figure out a scenario in which this benefits the American people.
I have yet to see anyone clearly articulate what we "win" from this situation.

Of course. This is to benefit Israel, not the United States.

Who is also conveniently not involved, at all.

They've basically admitted that they're happy for us to do the heavy lifting for them

They'll sit back while our boys are slaughtered and they indiscriminately massacre every christian in Lebanon
Posted on 7/21/26 at 10:52 pm to Tunasntigers92
And all the stupid clapping seals here will applaud it while it happens.
We'll spend well north of 100 billion executing this war on behalf of Israel who are too cowardly to do it themselves.

If you can't see what is happening then I don't know what to tell you
This was benefits Israel far more than it benefits the United States and they are choosing to sit on the sideline
If you don't understand that then you're hopeless
