Perfect. And if Kash’s boss is ok with that then fine.

One thing that is going to shock the American public is the amount of illiteracy permeating throughout the bureaucracy. These are people making decisions on your taxes, business, property, etc. Even in simplistic bullet format it will be readily apparent that there are workers completely ill-equipped for their positions.

If the government employees a sending weekly SITREP's as they should be doing it should not be an issue.

If the government employees cannot account for their time then they need to be gone!

It's as simple as that.

You didn't answer my question. If this is always the case then why have middle management?

I’ll answer it.

Because middle management has plenty of responsibilities and daily work to do.

A CEO occasionally sending out mass emails has nothing to do with that.

You seriously think CEOs don’t send out company wide emails? Often with specific instructions?

Doing this doesn’t bother me at all. Come Monday, it should take me all of five minutes to submit 5 bullet points of what I did last week. Just for fun, I might submit more than the five they’re asking for!

An actual choice people could make that mattered.

People will send this email and still lose their job.

I see your dumb arse improperly used avatar of Clarence Thomas in every conservative relevant post. You're up to 12 for this thread alone. Maybe you should go get an ice cream, we all know who's lost. You and BBonds need to get a room Nawleans and love it out.

To reply with bullet points about what you did last week or be fired?

Of course not because that would be stupid.

FFS DB, here:

Boogie:

In the private sector upper management doesn't completely subvert every level of management for notifications.

Me:

what? This is 100% wrong. Good Lord.

You:

What kind of shite organizations have you been working for?

Me:

quote:

The last large corp I worked for was a fortune 100 company. And C-suite execs would contact people two or three rungs below them for updates on issues they worked directly on all of the time. You think the CEO would email the EVP who would then email the SVP who would then email the VP working directly on the project? Then the VP emails up to the SVP and they forward to the EVP who forward to the C-suite? Talk about a waste of resources. No the C-suite contacts the VP.

Keep up.

Nothing is ALWAYS the case. But it happens very often all over the private sector.

If it happens as often as you claim then why have middle management? It would be more efficient and profitable to communicate as you're claiming no?

holy shite. So forcing the jab on someone or they lose their is not traumatizing and just fine, but requiring a 5 bullet point email is not. There is no reasoning with you people.

Here it is again:

draft a 5 bullet point email once a week
I'd have correctly called out anyone who worked for me for trying to implement something that stupid.

Keep up.

This email didn’t come from a CEO so your response is irrelevant.

This post was in response to another comment.

Senior VPs sending an email to a sales team stating that all activity must be entered in Salesforce is stupid?

You have a LOT of people to inform about this
