This was my mantra when he got elected. Ha did way more than I expected but I said if he gets the Court set up right, I might make it to the end of my life with minimal damage. Biden is taking my 401K however

Yeah, but they were voted on and ratified by congress and then signed into law by the president, so they should be interpreted just as the constitution is. The original wording and context is just as important in amendments as it is in the constitution. If and when those amendments are deemed to be detrimental to the People, it’s the legislative branch’s job to change them with the help of the executive branch. The judicial branch just enforces the will of the people by interpreting the law in its original context. Make sense?

"But he's not cause he'd agree to forcing people to have photo IDs, and there were no cameras at the time of the Constitution. Also, 1A shouldn't cover internet chats cause internets wasn't around them either. So therefore, he isn't an orginalist sticking to what it says. So if those are in the constitution then abortion is too"

It wasn't there because it is a natural right. The natural right, inalienable is often used, to protect yourself and your loved ones is not given by a gooberment.
I can not wait for the 1934 Firearms Act to be overturned. It will be glorious.

That isn't what allows us to own firearms.
But I do appreciate it when anti-gun zealots admit that the Constitution is the only thing stopping them from trying to disarm the population.
