Yeah, but they were voted on and ratified by congress and then signed into law by the president, so they should be interpreted just as the constitution is. The original wording and context is just as important in amendments as it is in the constitution. If and when those amendments are deemed to be detrimental to the People, it’s the legislative branch’s job to change them with the help of the executive branch. The judicial branch just enforces the will of the people by interpreting the law in its original context. Make sense?
Same from Arkansas. I grew up in La, but have since moved up here. I know it isn’t right for everyone, but we home school and I’ll be damned if anyone forces that poison on my children! I’ll fight to the death. My 12yo has type 1 diabetes, and she will never take the shot. Fight back down there! Let voices be heard left wing style!

Berry stood there 10 ft from 2nd last inning and watched it fly out to the warning track twice, but didn’t attempt to tag up... it just doesn’t make sense.

Go around your tv provider and stream it through the app. ESPN app working fine for me. I have sling and I couldn’t find it on the alternate channel, but the ESPN app has the live stream.
First thing I thought of when reading the headline is, “train your ushers to NOT make young, energetic fans sit down when the old people complain behind them.”
We need more yelling/screaming/jumping fans earlier in games, instead of just late in the game when the old folks decide they’re finally into it.

This country is built on rejecting government overreach. The majority of us were willing to help “flatten the curve.” And many of us have had someone close to us contract this virus. Pitching is just one part of it. They’ve been outstanding in this department. Clutch hitting is the other part of the equation. They have both. We can all be ok with some games dropped midweek or a series we only get one or two wins, but to be consensus #1 and look like this...
This is baseball! There’s are always chokes, but since Mainieri was hired, there have been more chokes by LSU with more on the line than any other team in college baseball. With our consistent talent pull, we should have won more titles. That’s just as plain as day
Fact is, UF has had the best results from the most average recruits than the other programs. That is coaching!
Thank you! We’re all about the same, but when it comes to making the best of the recruits we get, LSU is about even with FSU and Miami. We’re outpaced by UF. Please argue that this is wrong.

Y’all keep giving the recruits advantage, but Miami and FSU also have great programs. We recruit all over and get the best guys from all markets. What do they have that we don’t?!?

I don’t disagree with you. That’s the only thing that keeps us from taking what we want in baseball. It’s almost as if the “powers that be” don’t want elite programs at LSU. Just those that “compete” for conf championships. Sounds like a quote I heard once...
