They fricked up the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Sorry, but that was Unconstitutional. The Court used its dictatorial override powers.

Barry Goldwater was right as rain about the '64 CRA.

True or false

There were civil rights decisions that were unpopular across the entire country.

Can you answer this honestly since the northern states are way more racist than the southern states.

The north is way more racist than the south and it’s even more dangerous since the north has mastered the ability to subtly have racist policies that the average person can’t see.

Red lining was first done in New York and the north has mastered the technique all while keeping minorities to keep voting Democrat.

But you won't answer my question.

You target the south when there are places in this country that are way more racist.

Want to head up that east coast into New England? They are very welcoming.

Mixed review.
The Warren and Burger Courts engaged in progressive and ultimately damaging overreach while pursuing laudable goals.

Do you just have that response as a keyboard shortcut. You post it in response regardless of the post.

Limited mental capabilities, or is it something else?

Red lining was first done by the republican Rockefeller. His bank. Chase Manhattan.
Now Chase (hiding from their past).

Earl Warren, while certainly not perfect, was one of our greatest leaders on the USSC. Right up there with John Marshall.

I always here about this issue, but I've never heard if this practice aligned with actuarial risk.

Kind of like I pay higher car insurance because I'm a man.

The Warren Court issued in the era of the rule of judicial fiat. It was and still is the worst court in American history.
