Look at the Hispanic numbers!

quote:

The poll asked 2,000 likely voters for their opinion on general immigration enforcement, mass deportations, worksite enforcement, and cooperation between government agencies and state and local police. The result showed overwhelming support for a broad range of deportation strategies, including strong support from Hispanic voters, who are viewed as a key element of Pres. Trump's coalition.

On Deportations:

66.1% (58.7% of Hispanic voters) support deporting illegal aliens who crossed the border illegally.
66.1% (57.3% of Hispanic voters) support deporting the 1.6 million illegal aliens with final orders of deportation from an immigration judge.
64.7% (54.7% of Hispanic voters) support deporting visa overstayers.
On Employment:

79.9% (67.2% of Hispanic voters) support escalating penalties for businesses that repeatedly violate immigration hiring laws.
82.3% (74.4% of Hispanic voters) support the federal government notifying employers when social security numbers don’t match government records.
70.3% (62.0% of Hispanic voters) support strengthening worksite enforcement.
77.9% (72.1% of Hispanic voters) support requiring employers use E-Verify to ensure their new hires are legally authorized to work
On Benefits:

69.5% (60.4% of Hispanic voters) support deporting illegal aliens who rely on taxpayer-funded welfare benefits.
On Cooperation:

73.2% (64.3% of Hispanic voters) support all federal agencies assisting in federal immigration enforcement efforts.
The poll also found that Pres. Trump’s promise to conduct the largest mass deportation in history greatly influenced voters to cast a vote for him in 2024.

82% of Trump voters said his promise to conduct the largest mass deportation operation in American history made them more likely to vote for him
86.7% of Trump voters support Pres. Trump exceeding Pres. Eisenhower’s deportation effort that resulted in one-third of illegal aliens leaving the country.
74.0% of Trump voters said they'll be more likely to vote for a Republican candidate in the 2026 midterm elections if the Trump Administration deports more than 1 million illegal aliens this year.

I do find it odd this board seems to have every Trump voter that doesn't support mass deportations.

Almost as if these three time Trump voters are lying.

Unfortunately, probably ~100% of the members of the US Chamber of Commerce is against this and their lobbying money speaks a lot louder than polls.

It's not just Trump supporters either.

Americans support deportation.

quote:

Polls in early 2026 show that a majority of Americans support the deportation of illegal aliens, particularly those with criminal records, with backing often split along partisan lines.
Surveys indicate support for deporting all undocumented immigrants ranges from 50% to 58%, while support for deporting criminals reaches nearly 78%.
