Did you not read the thread? I've already explained this. We know this because the Pentagon publicly cut him off for briefings on the day the ODNI foreign interference report was due out. We have heard nothing about it since until we now hear that he still isn't being briefed on defense matters.
My suggestion is that those briefings never resumed unless you can show they did. Your link did no such thing.

He's waiting for the Pentagon to come out and announce that they're actually giving him the intel briefings. Nothing less and he thinks Biden is just doing nothing I guess. That inauguration was fake, it's all just fake.
