But why did he suspend the fire watch ribbon , awarded upon completion of boot during a time of war? They don’t give them to you so curious why he suspended it after Afg pullout. (Just asking rhetorical questions)

That’s why I asked if it’s illegal to have rules that are only enforced based upon an admins discretion. Seems like if you have rules but don’t apply equally, that’s violating rights and rules would be null.
