Housing affordability

Strategy won’t matter. GOP is getting destroyed no matter what they do.

Trump wants existing housing to appreciate, as it has in America for most of the past 80 years.

There has never been a stretch of housing in the last 80 years that excluded the next generation from affording their own home. TILL NOW.

There are a few hidden forces (like Blackstone, Blackrock, etal) conspiring to buy then sandbag inventory, thus artificially creating a single-fam housing shortage. Same situation with respect to land purchases -- thousands of acres, tracts and farms being bought and shelved.

Trump ... making entry level housing affordable is about building new stocks of housing that are suitable for entry-level homes, city apartments, etc.

Keyword: "Suitable"

In theory it sounds fair and optimistic. But are we drastically re-defining words and things in the most ambiguous of ways since 2020?

Are you familiar with UN Agenda 2030? And their ideal or vision for our future living arrangements? Look it up. Not good.

Kamala would have done all of that except for the big Beautiful Bill. At least with Trump, immigration policy is under control

you cant blame Trump for everything. The president cant achieve everything they campaign on.

Will Trump do Tucker, Rogan, Piers, etc.

He likely won’t be on the Sean Ryan Show. Sean calls him a liar in several recent podcast. Sean is pissed at all politicians lately.

So you think an attempt to force regime change in Iran will have a positive effect on the midterms

Do you think there are fringe voters who will pivot democrat because of it? I’m not sure there is a large demographic in the gray area like you posit

Probably right. The 30 and under that voted for Trump in '24 and the blue color workers that only come out for presidential elections are more than likely staying home. The Dems will have more enthusiasm and the Dem machine always sets a higher turnout floor than the GOP.

It was looking like the GOP might gain an advantage with redistricting however that's starting to look like a push. The wildcard that is in the GOP's favor is the SAVE Act. If that is passed that might quell the Dem machine a little but I fully expect blue state judges to intervene and put a temporary injunction on requiring ID to register to vote while the court case makes it through the judicial system. While the SAVE Act is tied up in court the Dem machine will rack up illegal registered voters in blue and purple districts.

I’d rather pay for a higher price home or car at a lower interest rate, rather than a lower price home or car at a higher interest rate.

Our economy has never been better. Thing are way more affordable. For instance, talking to folks around here in Hammond they are loving their low electricity bills. They’ve gone down a ton along with gas prices

This is exactly the message that the GOP must shout about. Drive home this message and compare to when Biden was POTUS.
