Saban probably gets more write in votes than the guy running the write in campaign.

Absurd. If Jones wins a close race which demands a recount, he'll increase his margin following the recount.

How'd that Ossoff prediction turn out?
Posted on 12/11/17 at 6:41 pm to mattloc
Moore's winning margin will be less than 1%. Jones requests a recount.
Who knows what happens in the recount.

Moore 49% - Jones 47%. I think you will see a similar dynamic to the Georgia 6th special election, where college-educated upper-income whites (especially women) either cross the isle or stay home, but there's still a strong enough GOP electorate to carry the Republican candidate. One difference between GA 6th vs. AL Sen - GA 6th was more of a referendum on Trump, whereas AL Sen is really a referendum on Roy Moore.
