I could put a shoe in the race in Alabama, as long as it had a giant red R next to it people would vote for it. The fact it’s even close is pathetic.

Why? Maybe if the Democrats put up a bluedog instead of Doug Jones, they'd have a decent chance of winning. As distasteful as Moore is (to me), at least he will vote in accordance with the majority of the population, which is something I can not say about Jones.

Maybe it would be closer, but this race has never been about Doug Jones. It’s about Moore and anti-Moore.

Agreed.
I can't believe that many people would consider voting for a dirty Democrat.

If a non-disgraced and unknown Don Siegelman was running against Moore, he'd win, IMO.
