Strangely I think this was done on purpose to provide cover the problematic dems in purple districts and it gives them an out on the vote.

Somehow or another they're going to say they don't have to be, and somehow they'll be ok with that. That ill thinking causes health problems though. Hopefully.

But...but..they intend them to be. At least that's what I assume the new standard is. I heard a couple people talking last night while I was putting gas in a can. They seemed like they really knew what they were talking about so it must be true.
