Roger, my nearsighted view is based on personal experience.

In fact I'd argue that you are nearsighted because you are ignoring the fact that most people are self-centered retards and if you give them a little leeway they abuse the frick out of it. We can't have nice things because people are retards with no insight or simply don't give a frick.

Leftists loooove throwing out personal experience in favor of studies that favor what they favor.

My eyes, ears, and nose tell me that legalized weed with no restrictions has led to it being in areas where it has absolutely no business being.

And there's no legitimate argument against that outside of free for all bullshite which never works because as I mentioned earlier most people are retards or assholes who don't give a frick.

We gave smokers their own little section, We're gonna have to bring that shite back. Because to be frank, people who smoke weed in public are frequently members of a trashy demographic and they fricking stink, man.

Kids don't need to be around that when they're riding rides at a predominantly kid's fair or when they go out to eat at a casual restaurant with their parents.


I guess you can argue that people will do what they do regardless of rules or restrictions, but you would at least cut down on it. I have the same feelings about cigs anyway...
