The Seventh Circuit just delivered a haymaker to Obama-appointee Judge Sara Ellis for her efforts to limit federal enforcement of immigration laws. The lower court had issued the injunction against ICE, etal., then plaintiff decides it is moot to prevent the ruling below. The 7th Circuit did not play the game.
She Might Not Recover!

If the USSC had a single oz of backbone, they would have been slapping down inferior court judges left and right for the last year. Starting with the ones ruling against the Alien Enemies Act.
