I think the c court is smart enough (except Sotomayor and KBJ) are smart enough to decipher outdated language.
Haven't gotten to Kavanaughs logic yet, but Robert's and ACB are Bush Republicans.
Again, I urge you to read Thomas's dissent. He went point by point and wrecked Robert's opinion.
And Alitos dissent was just brutal.
And I blame Congress for being corrupt and voters for being lazy or uninformed .

Not reading this entire thread but if you believe that the framers of the Constitution and authors of it believed that any and every pregnant woman on planet earth could deliver an American citizen by coming here you are an idiot. This is without a doubt the worst decision of the Supreme Court not necessarily because it’s wrong but because of the ramifications of it. Good luck with any amendment when they can’t even pass the save America Act.

Not only is the ruling wrong, but the ramifications are brutal, also.
