the dimms seem to be trying their best to get trump to fire RR

i want him gone and was at first glad but then i have to wonder what game is being played here by the dimms?

is it that he has served out his obstructionist usefulness an now being used as obstruction of justice trap for trump if trump fires him?

or is it that they want to use RR as the fall guy to take the full blame for all the illegal seditious shenanigans going on?

why are the dimms suddenly working behind the scenes to get RR fired while publicly claiming the opposite?

He is too close to a lot of questionable actions and decisions. Would like to see him gone after the mid terms.

They know what’s about to drop and want to make sure he is their fall guy, IMO. I’m hopeful he sings like a canary Thursday when he meets his lord and savior.

He appears to be neither good nor bad. He's more of a pawn.

I hope Trump keeps him around a little longer just to piss the dems off even more.

He's stuck in the middle. He knows he's screwed by following along and signing the FISA warrant, but doesn't want to get caught in the fallout regarding everything else.

Just another fool that ran with the Trump can't possibly win narrative and now wants to pay the smallest price he can for it.

If this guy now appears less than 100% bad it's because he can read the writing on the wall, and is trying to position himself for a smaller punishment.

I think he is like a lot of government bureaucrats, highly educated, very intelligent and easily controlled by promotions

If the top of the organization is corrupt and there are people like RR that are willing to do dirty work to gain power they will be utilized until they are no longer useful. Then the corrupt will toss them on the burn pile. When McCabe leaked to the NYT about the wire comments, RR knew he was done. They have tossed him aside.

I hope the meeting on Thursday is a MEA CULPA, a resignation and an offer by RR to cooperate

Horrible human in his role. When you can’t just be fair and honest it’s an issue

NYT published the story to sew further discord and get a knee-jerk reaction from The Donald. I saw an interview with the NYT reporter (who is now at a desk in Brussels covering EU). He was pretty smug about it. He knew the real manner in which Rosenstein made the “wire” comment and the reporter had no source other than McCabe for the 25th Amendment nonsense.
