As I’m about to go visit family in Sweden, I’ve been thinking a lot about my strong political views of the MAGA variety. Most of my Swedish relatives are big government liberals except for the few who are starting worry about their Muslim invasion.
Most people want what’s best for everybody but we disagree at how to achieve this. There are A holes at both extremes that are consumed with hatred and hopefully they will change. I’ve been having a lot more compassion for those who feel they need the support of a big government. They may not see the threat that this poses and that’s ok. Me ridiculing them will not change their mind.
Holding a position of acceptance and compassion for those that have different opinions makes me a lot happier, even if they are ideological bigots.

Yeah. Because one National News Channel (FOX) which is (somewhat) to the right of center, one conservative web site (BB) formed in opposition to Slate, Salon, Huff-Po, La-Times, Chi-Times, Wa-Po, NYT, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, NBC, ABC and NPR and dozens of others really compare.
And this great site, the last bastion of conservative thinking, really contributes to the Rights' version of PC.

The right is much more tolerant of free speech than the left and it's not even close. Just consider this board, it's dominated by conservatives but sky screaming left wingers like the OP can post here and not get banned.
