re: The right dying on this ICE agent hill is reminiscent of the Chauvin incident

You may have missed this question, so I’ll repost it.

If she was actively attempting to impede ICE operations by blocking their vehicles, would she have been committing a crime for which she could’ve been detained?

Obstruction is what most sane people would go with at this point.

What legal basis did the ICE agent have for demanding that the woman exit her vehicle?
I don't know, and neither do you. We can only speculate.

Noticing that you’re delusional doesn’t make someone a member of a cult.

There wasn't an issue until jackboot turned it into one.
Let’s do a hypothetical.
If she was actively attempting to impede ICE operations by blocking their vehicles, would she have been committing a crime for which she could’ve been detained?

That's when she took off to get away and struck an officer while fleeing.

And folks in here think the proper response to that is to murder her.
What is the proper response to being struck by a car?

What was the purpose of this obviously mature and well-trained ICEbot to attack a law abiding citizen?
To stop an attempted murder.

Ok. So you don’t believe the official story and other people do. There’s not some massive difference of opinion in what should’ve happened. You’re just pretending that there is.
We’re getting somewhere.

I remember watching it thinking this cop is an idiot. But, the right went to bat for him when they should have spent that energy elsewhere at the time.
COMPLETE bullshite.
If there hadn't been, ironically, ICE on the road to make the tires spin she would have completely run that officer over. The officer was only able to pull his weapon and get out of the way because of the ice causing the tires to initially spin.
And finally, you choose to die on hills when you're holding the morally correct position. It's called having principles. And you don't throw people to the wolves of the left, like Chauvin or this ICE officer, simply because the Left is going to cause problems over it. If anything you buckle up and stomp the Left out even harder.
It's beyond time for Trump to use the Insurrection Act.

The car was parked perpendicular on the road for starters. If you're being intellectually honest that should tell you at least something is going on and this isnt just a random parked car.

In Tx Tiger’s world, there’s no traffic laws. Just wave people around you and you’re good. Stop wherever. Go wherever. Park wherever.

Well, that's the backstory that nobody seems to have any information on.
Several witnesses yesterday flat out said she had been there that morning participating and blocking ICE in whatever they were doing in that area. Her lover even admitted she encouraged her to go there to put their AWFL on full display.
Another prime example of FAFO and your ilk are going to encourage more violence because of it.
I hope your buddies burn that city to the ground over this.

Even better, do all that near law enforcement performing their lawful duties.

What's lawful about randomly attacking a citizen in their vehicle?
Your being very disingenuous here,

No one in the wide world has disputed that she was participating in some sort of protest against ICE operations.
Just you.
You’re somehow intent on pretending that she just happened to be there. Even while the Left called her a “legal observer.”
So, yeah. You’re being 100% disingenuous and dishonest.

So when it comes out that she was trying to impede an active Federal law enforcement operation, all your concerns will have been addressed and all these posts from you will have been just a tempest in a teapot.
Sounds appropriate.

Well I'm going against popular opinions in this thread. When I saw all angles posted of the video he looked like he wasn't in too much danger. The other agent near him looked surprised that shots were fired. I think he used excessive force. This whole situation is full of dumbass people from the woman to the agent. What do think is going to happen when you impede federal agents from doing their jobs. The agent was a dumb arse also for over reacting.
The whole ice task force rounding up people is not my thing anyway (here's where the board comes at me) I think we are doing this all wrong. The ridiculousness of how it's being done is 100% on par with the gestopo well we haven't done political enemies yet. But definitely racial. Hell I'm white as casper and was stopped by the local sheriff department that took my license and registration without looking at it and walked to an ice agent for them to review. We aren't going after criminals anymore it's literally anyone.
It's also not all ICE agents. My wife is a Mexican born woman and her sisters and brother work for ICE in SoCal, they have been saying that what Bevinos doing isn't what they are being told to do. Maybe he's just a person who was bullied as a kid and he's surrounded himself with the same type of people.

The thing is, she was not blocking traffic. Cars were going around her. She waived for the ICEbots to go around and they got pissed that they were being inconvenienced so they got out and charged her vehicle. That's when she took off to get away.
This is all pure speculation, you dont know if any of this happened. What if ICE was tracking someone else and then this woman got in the way to slow them down and let the person escape? None of us know exactly what she was doing there so its dumb to say with certainty one way or another what she did or didnt do that day.
