The US wins all of its wars. We can’t retain the land that we take because we are unwilling to brutalize the people. Every conquerer who chooses to stay in possession of the lands has to be swift and cruel in response to any disobedience.

In Iraq, for example, Saddam would send soldiers into a restive village and start cutting the balls off all the men and rapind the women. The US just isn’t going to do this, therefore occupation ends up being a horribly trying effort, and we eventually tire of it.

That’s why our foreign policy should recognize this limitation and emulate the floating island in Swift’s Gulliver’s Travels by dropping the island on the restive villages and moving on.

It really isn't..

One side is reproducing exponentially faster, plus getting new recruits daily from a wide open border policy.

This has always been the case but the Dems struggled to get those people to the polls. Now that the spineless GOP has handed them every tool they need to get a vote from every single one of their voters, there may not even be a point in talking about elections
