We will know soon enough if this is the case. If we (or anyone else) has developed this technology it will be commercialized for profit. It would simply be worth too much money to stay secret.
Even if it's kept away from the profit motive in military use we would have seen it applied in efforts to further the causes of whoever owed it. Again too valuable not to.

Exactly. If it's owned by anyone of this earth they would be using it for more than buzzing navy cruisers and toying with jet fighters. which would lead to it either still being in test phases, something not of this earth or a physical anomaly that we just don't understand the cause of yet. Honestly I think the last option I gave is the most likely. Very interesting for sure.

Don't think these top-gun pilots are bat shite crazy. Don't think all the instruments that are measuring crafts goings from 80,000 to 0 to a complete stop in less than a second are bat shite crazy.
The tech is 100 real and documented- recorded on world class tech like the video just released. It was pitch black dark and we used infrared thermal cameras to document a craft flying into the ocean like its nothing.
