how would you actually enforce the Constitution if you did not have Statewide officials to enforce State rights
It's the 10th Amendment that gives the rights to manage their local elections to the States
So without an actual state government, you would have no way to enforce any of that
you would just be :"tribal management" at a neighborhood level which gets back to what anarchists argue for

I think a lot of males would be surprised to find themselves listed.
I'm a militia member, since I was a Cub Scout as a kid, and my best friend is, because he was 4A club as a kid.
