No. The only reason is because the Republican Party and this administration have failed to deliver what was promised in the last election.

Fiscal restraint, financial discipline, a lowering of the debt, no new military engagements, and mass deportations were promised.

Also, the silencing of any who would dare speak against our republican leaders or voice concerns as to why we were straying from the promised path were promptly dismissed as enemies of the administration.

No conservative will vote for the Marxist Dems, but I fear many will not vote at all.

True. Unfortunately, most don't keep themselves informed. shite, when I was younger and raising a family, I didn't either.

There are way too many people in this country that are spiritually, mentally, and economically worn down. Prices have gone up almost 30% in the last 6 years! When you experience the problems of moral and economic bankruptcy unique to empires, it isn’t surprising that people increasingly turn to extreme, populist ideas.

Republicans should be campaigning on many of the populist themes that won Trump two terms - America First, drain the swamp, no new wars. But they can’t because Trump can’t say no to Israel, hasn’t done anything to stop the Ukraine war or foreign aid to Ukraine, shut down DOGE after less than half a year, and started a war or “operation” against Iran that has no end in sight.

This is the problem. Conservatives didn't get everything they wanted, so they will allow the party who will still not give them everything they want, and will actually take away things they want, to gain power.

Democrats are worse than Republicans. That's all there is to it.

It may suck, but those are the options. I understand we want the ideal. But we have to be realistic.

Even with the faults of Republicans, will the policies of the democrats in congress make your life worse than the current policies?

Any conservative who says no is fooling himself. He is being emotional. There is no way that open borders, DEI, soft on crime, anti-conservative, pro-abortion, pro-BLM, pro-Antifa, pro-USAID policies the democrats espouse are better than what Trump has given us.

It's a simple calculation. Take emotion out of it and look at the facts. Do you not remember Obama and Biden targeting conservatives? Did you not hear Hillary say that Trump supporters need to be deprogrammed? You are OK with that party being in charge?

We can't allow that to win just because we are unsatisfied with the current administration.

Watching our country go to shite and thinking it's the only/better option is not very wise.
