You put a lot of stock in the Paris Accord. China and India aren't doing squat for another decade. We pulled out because all it is that anyone can tell is a money grab. We'll do better regulating clean air by ourselves and not let the world rob us blind in doing so.

Serious question - are you slow? Because those countries have always and continue to be some of the most polluting places on planet earth. Like exponentially higher than the US.
Did you watch the 2016 olympics where Brazil could barely even host water events because of the water quality, heaps of garbage, and pollution?
