No longer means anything. The Nobel peace prize is just a global way to virtue signal now.

It's a shame.

And then you specifically mentionedNobel was responsible for anti-aircraft weapons.

Now you’re saying:

His company manufactured them.
But my point still stands. You claim Nobel was responsible for manufacturing anti-aircraft waepons but he died long before airplanes were even invented.

So how can he be responsible for manufacturing weapons of war if he was dead years before it happened? Where’s the lie here? You’re telling it.

Take the “L” and move on…

BS! Everyone knows the Revolutionary Army took over airports in 1775. Nobel died in 1896.

Then let's give that PeACe AwARd to Obama
From the official Nobel Prize website:
quote:

Barack H. Obama, the 44th President of the United States, had been in power for less than eight months when he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009. Among the reasons it gave, the Nobel Committee lauded Obama for his “extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples”. Emphasis was also given to his support - in word and deed - for the vision of a world free from nuclear weapons.
What, exactly, did he do?

I know the grandson of Alfred Nobel’s brother. He lives in the South of France. He is a complete dilettante, and is a little bitter that Alfred gave that money to bequeath the Nobel Prizes instead of giving it to his family.

He was commander-in-chief of an army that was engaged in two active wars at the time, also.

Quite the accomplishment.

Alfred Nobel’s family owned an armaments factory and he helped design the ironclad warships. I would consider him to have been involved in the weapons of war business.
