I wouldn't expect announcements of indictments. POTUS isn't going to be seen to be leading that effort for optics purposes. He has to remain neutral. He will give an address and lay out evidence, but it will be the other, appropriate officials making announcements on indictments.
I wouldn't be surprised to see that sort of stuff as soon as tomorrow.
But, who knows, Patel will be there tonight. Maybe HE will speak and announce something. We will know soon enough.
