Well you just lied again so you’ve lost any leverage you had on sending me off to find more proof you’ll just lie about again. Nobody believes anything you say so you’re essentially just trying to convince yourself at this point.

You do.

Never once has this lawyer extraordinaire critiqued the endless activism on the federal benches by the left leaning and appointed judges and the resulting decisions that were clearly not based in constitutional law and quickly overturned.
Again, you are not gaslighting anyone.

Why do all these crazy fricks have a manifesto? That’s the fishy part for me.

In terms of criminal, damn near. The nucleus of operative facts for a "fire in a theatre" scenario to become criminal to me is extremely rare. Now where we get into issues will be fraud, but fraud-based crimes must include other variables, too.
I've never considered fraud being a speech matter. What's an example where fraud becomes a speech issue -

Did I ever say this or did I ask people to define a malleable term?

I lie to you to gain some advantage.
Easy example is lie on a a home disclosure form to get a higher price.
Tell an old lady you're taking her vacuum order, take her deposit, and never return.
All of those things involve speech, but it's a lie, however the criminality requires the extra steps of the advantage.

We can't just get the a-hole on the fraud? Seems goofy to make it a speech issue.

Well in an absolutist 1A scenario, those aren't crimes. Absolute includes lying.

You have a thread on the front page regarding the liberal left judge trying to rule Trump's tariffs are illegal.
Lets see what you got, Im sure you can find the thread on your own. You find all the ones that fit your narratives and "world views" otherwise.

And?
There is nothing partisan about statutory interpretation.
The much more interesting discussion in that thread is the MAGAtards saying Trump should ignore the Supreme Court if they don't rule his way, making this a partisan issue (and a Constitutional crisis). I did reply to that discussion.

's been a clear (but openly admitted) policy for a while now, to combat the Contagion Effect.
They scrub it to hide their ideology and motive and then they selectively leak it if its anything racist or promoting that can even remotely resemble right wing rhetoric - Like for instance, HE WAS A REGISTERED REPUBLICAN - yet we have idea about anything else because they lie - They use it to spread narratives.
The instant they hide something or refuse to release things about a person - I already know they were a deranged leftist - Because if they were right wing or again anything they can spin as right wing - Its played on the media ad naseum.
