At the Olympic opening ceremony in protest of the country 
They are complaining because he criticized kaepernick kneeling for the US anthem

I suppose not honoring one's own country is in the same realm of not honoring another country. That being said I would think more of the man if he would have manned up and stood. The respect is still deserved to the people of the nation of North Korea. JMO.

The people of North Korea are all under the thumb of a brutal dictator. Standing to honor the current govt and country of North Korea as it exists today would be a disgusting way to show them that you support the dictator who rules them with an iron fist.

Explain to me how kneeling in protest for your own national anthem is the same as not standing for another country’s National anthem?
ETA: BTW if CK was from NK and kneeled in protest of the NK anthem he would not live to see the next sunrise.

The Olympics passed from the realm of revered international institution to leftist political shitshow with the dancing hospital beds in London.
