If they were actually frickin' doing shite they wouldn't need to campaign so much. They could just run ads that say, "see, I do shite" and that would be enough. It's because they don't ever do shite that they have to spend millions of dollars to convince people otherwise.

I'm not ready to concede that they're going to lose to the communists in November. I know that this is typically how it goes, but I'm praying that we buck that trend this cycle. We've got to our this country is fricked.

They may as well for all its worth. Massie did this anticipating that the Democrats take over in January. As I said in my thread on the subject, he is echoing the calls being made by Democrats verbatim.

They weren’t going to do anything if in session so what difference does it make?
They’ve run out the clock on the first two years of Trump without enacting any of his platform and are hoping they lose the majority so they can continue to subvert the AF agenda without jeopardizing their reelection efforts in the process for the next two years.

Monday I found a case study for my dissertation! I'm so pleased. But also still doing everything in my power to NOT make any more progress, like wasting time here instead of being productive.
The baby turns 2 a month from tomorrow. I booked the venue for the party but need to do invitations. Parent teacher conferences at the big kids' school Friday. My daughter has a "cultural pot luck" tomorrow in her class. She's bringing Dirty Rice. Our culture is New Orleans. Too bad it isn't king cake season.
