As always, non-falsifiability is a problem. In the case of the Q-ish question:
If not asked if Q is real --> Infer Q is real.
If asked if Q is real & answer is no --> Infer Q is real (official denials aren't to be believed, disinfo is necessary, etc.)
If asked if Q is real & answer is yes --> WOOHOO STORM
