I still like my idea. Since they keep complaining about the ratio of black and white players compared to coaches make a new rule that requires the ratio among coaches and players on any given team 2 be within a certain percentage of each other. You would also give more weight to the head coach position then say the strength and conditioning guy
Now you might think this would suddenly lean to more black head coaches and that's probably true. But I also have a sneaking suspicion that it would also lead to some oddly high percentage white teams that turned out to be some of the best in the league
