When Trump won in 2016 and entered office in January of 2017 he was met with a massive left wing Obama administrative state. It was an administrative state that Obama molded over 8 years of his presidency from the GWB years. They resisted, fought against, sabotaged...this intrenched administrative state did every thing in their power to thwart Trumpian policy initiatives.

So going forward how does any conservative president entering the belly of a deep state that votes 95% Democrat Party get the deep state to work with them and not against them?

Enter Project 2025:

quote:

The project will build on four pillars that will, collectively, pave the way for an effective conservative administration: a policy agenda, personnel, training, and a 180-day playbook.

LINK

Project 2025 is a detailed plan that targets each department within the administrative state. They are building a database of conservative applicants so a conservative president will be ready day one to transform the administrative state from employees that will work with a conservative president instead of against a conservative president. In fact, in the link I provided here you can apply and enter your name into the database if you would like to be considered as a federal employee for the next conservative president.

On a side note, I can't say enough positive things about the Federalist Society. They really move the needle in a positive direction for conservatives in real ways. The most famous example is providing a list of judges to Trump during his first term and Trump nominating from that list. It brought down RvW. That is real change in the RIGHT direction.

Sounds like a trap.

Civil service probably won’t let you directly do that… but you CAN declare most of the department redundant in a way that lets you bump people out of jobs of importance while keeping the people you want.

Can’t fire them, CAN warehouse them to where the damage they can do is limited.

FIFY

I read your title and thought it would be some screed about how the Federalist Society has been captured by the deep state.

And I was like "that doesn't sound right."

Strongly agree

Page 38

quote:

Pornography, manifested today in the omnipresent propagation of transgender
ideology and sexualization of children, for instance, is not a political Gordian knot
inextricably binding up disparate claims about free speech, property rights, sexual
liberation, and child welfare. It has no claim to First Amendment protection. Its
purveyors are child predators and misogynistic exploiters of women. Their product
is as addictive as any illicit drug and as psychologically destructive as any crime.
Pornography should be outlawed. The people who produce and distribute it should
be imprisoned. Educators and public librarians who purvey it should be classed
as registered sex offenders. And telecommunications and technology firms that
facilitate its spread should be shuttered

So no more Pornhub fapping?
