The DOJ investigations will NEVER lead to an indictment of the president.

It's all political theater.
Here is the very liberal Lawfare group commentary on the question if a president can be indicted:
LINK
The only time a president has been arrested was Ulysses S. Grant and it was by a black police officer, William H. West:
LINK
So why is the DOJ wasting its time investigating Biden?
They are trying to dirty him up politically and potentially identify crimes that congress can use to indict and remove. The president is basically immune from prosecution from the DOJ because the DOJ serves under the executive branch. But there is a process to remove the president and it's the legislative branch via the house and senate.
My main point here is by participating in this theater we are giving our representatives in congress political capital to carry out impeachment and potentially conviction in the senate.
It's at trap. By participating in the theater you are lending legitimacy to the deep state. Don't do it.
Sure let the deep state dirty up Biden. But don't fall into the trap and impeach. Let them live with a politically dirty Biden. Meanwhile focus your (House) efforts on the weaponization of permanent Washington.
Permanent Washington is the problem and when you focus on shinny objects like these DOJ special counsels investigating presidents they are playing you, us and the media like fools. Hey look in this hand, but not here.

Can a sitting president be indicted? Often, in answering this question, commentators point to Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) opinions answering in the contrary. To whatever extent the writer agrees or disagrees with the opinions’ conclusion, the government’s position on the matter is usually presented as a long-standing and clear “no.”

...in 1872 West was patrolling on foot near 13th and M Streets in Washington DC, when he stopped the President for speeding in his horse and buggy and released with a warning for excessive speed. The next day, West observed Grant repeating the behavior, and arrested him.

They convinced Nixon to resign
I don’t know if they can with Biden because he’s so retarded he wouldn’t even understand the threats - so they MAY BE FORCED to indict him or aid him in a health scare to prevent him from running again

Stink Finger Joe has an Insurance Policy.
He will not be Impeached.

There is obviously "high crimes and misdemeanors" but we also understand why he picked heels up as his running mate.

Correct.
Nixon succumbed to the political pressure. It was probably enough political pressure to convince the house and senate to take up the case so that forced him to resign.
They couldn't build up enough political pressure on JFK so they killed him.
They tried to kill Reagan because he was getting a little out of control. But they eventually controlled him with George H. Bush after Reagan's first term. Clinton, GWB and Obama were all inline with the deep state.

Legally it's an almost impossible rout to take. Read the lawfare link I provided in the OP. The legal path is impeachment by the house and conviction and removal by the senate. But the DOJ has to dirty him up in order for the house to take up the case. This is what you are seeing right now. I'm just saying, I don't want the house to fall for the trap. It takes attention from where it is needed, permanent Washington.

A D.C. Grand Jury to indict a Dem POTUS (sitting or not), file this under never going to happen.

The "political pressure" was when the Senate majority whip counted votes, he found he had the 2/3 necessary to remove Nixon and Nixon chose to resign because the writing was on the wall. But you're right about the DOJ policy on indicting a sitting president. Their justification has been that the process of charges would be too disruptive to governance when there is already a Constitutional process of impeachment and removal that could provide the remedy.

I agree 100%. If House Republicans are smart, they will give the DNC the middle finger and say, "Nope. YOU put him here, YOU deal with it. We're not doing your dirty work." I think Dems are overplaying their hand since Reps took a slim margin in the House.

I loathe Joe Bide with the white hot passion of a thousand suns.
But . . . We shouldn’t get in the habit of indicting a sitting president. It’s a bad idea. The Const doesn’t permit it
Congress should impeach him. The criminal investigation should cease. Results to date should be handed over to Congress. Investigators subpoenaed to testify about their findings. I think It’s fairly obvious he trafficked this info to his crackhead kid who then used it in various “deals.” It’s like insider trading, except trading on national security secrets - like whose side we’re on; and the predicted consequences of various military/intelligence operations.
This investigation* isn’t anything other than the Deep State shielding its own complicity. Deep State allowed Biden to take those documents.
It will never find him guilty or indict him, bc that would require exposing the consequences of favoring a corrupt dementia patient with looking the other way.
