A "He said-She said" dispute between a Private Citizen and the US FedGov will always end up in Indictment when the DoJ wants that target to be indicted.
This is a set-up.
The DoJ will prosecute and argue in court that the documents were still Top Secret when the FBI seized them.
Set-up. Political persecution. USA no longer exists as a free and constitutional republic.

It wasn't a felony when they did it. Trump signed the law making it a felony in 2018.

Who told you this? Was it the same people who told you Trump could produce the warrant with all the excruciatingly detailed information on what the FBI was doing?

That is the problem when folks are talking out of their arse as not a single commenter on this knows more than you or I at this point.
As a non Trump fan I will say unless there is one giant arse smoking gun in those boxes somebodies head need to roll for this, it is not how we as a country conduct our business, there was zero need for all the flashing lights and publicity, two cops and a SUV was all that was required.
Anyone who believes the sitting POTUS was unaware they were raiding his political rival is a fricking idiot, this was 100% political.
