Normal people don’t need more than 3 seconds to comply with simple orders. Do you think she was low IQ?

1. Shows proof he was hit by car
2. Shows she didn’t take ICE serious or respect them
3. Shows proof he was standing in a bad spot when a car is not in park or running. Part of training is don’t stand behind a car that is on and don’t stand in front. Cops are also trained not to put their arms in cars. He put his arm in a car in June and was dragged.
4. Shows proof he is the only officer that had his gun pulled
5. Showed proof he fired throug the driver side window

This was an incident that was preventable. It should and could have been handled differently.
