Most would say it's the Chertoff Group's lobbying for security companies who will provide private businesses with security technology that they will likely be forced to implement, either by state or federal statute as a result of this shooting.
Chertoff was a former Homeland Security Director who lobbied for TSA body scanners at airports and then, upon entering the private sector, his company made millions lobbying for companies to receive government contracts to provide said scanners.
I think it's too soon the question the official narrative but sleazeball authoritarians like Chertoff only reinforce the belief that some nefarious element must be behind this, regardless of whether or not it's true.

I thought Trump was going to put an end to all these shenanigans after so many have been exposed as fake news.
And especially after Obama went hog-wild on this gun-control narrative.
I guess the Prez really doesn't have that much control and there's two governments.
The one in Washington and the MSM - the one controlled by Corporate interests.

That one is rather specific in that what he asserts fits with what happened.
It's definitely big enough to where it would cause such laws to pass and Adelson is a big time casino magnate in Vegas. And he is also a piece of shite that would probably do something like that

It makes sense. Especially if that archived post is real. Adelson has the connections to make it happen. It's a classic Mafia type move...cause enough damage to prove "protection" is needed. I've said for a long time the Mafia or any organized crime is more powerful than ever, they just operate under the corporate world now rather than illegal vices.
It would explain how well set up the ambush was, how the weapons got there, etc. Adelson could have security cameras cut off, set the room up, then use a regular high roller as scapegoat. Lead him to his comped room full of guns, hold him hostage, shoot people, kill him, and leave before the cops get there.
