Pretty much.
They hate white southerners but those are the ones who had been likely to join and participate in a lot of specialties. The goth trannies from Vermont aren’t going to be able to replace all of them.

I don't disagree, but there is an enormous amount of waste for the sake of waste. I was enlisted intel, and 80% of our career field was a complete joke.
