The Butterfly Effect is bs, just another alibi for centuries of planning

Chaos Theory, or whatever you want to call it. The existence of a sovereign God and Chaos Theory are diametrically opposed and incompatible.

God and simulation theory are compatible.

Exactly. Who’s started and runs the simulation?

How so?

Also, Simulation Theory and Chaos Theory are two differing things.

Someone had to power up the simulation.

Everything is predestined. So, there's that.

The notion of an infinite uncaring universe in which we are an insignificant speck is fully a satanic religion crafted in a war against God

Its funny how arrogant most of posters can be with their thoughts on politics, then follow it up with their retarded religious fairytales.

By fully I mean in every single aspect it is a religion. No proof. High priest. Holy books. Oracle magic restricted only to the elites. Burn the disbelievers.

The latest theory is that Christianity destroyed the environment.
Short version:
Ancient religions believed that everything in nature was controlled by God. When the earthquakes, famine, flooding, etc. happened it was because God was pissed off at man and man had to behave better.
Christianity came along and placed man above nature. God meant for man to use nature. And we abused it ever since.
Makes perfect sense.

I kind of chuckled because those who condemn “religious” folk are just as “religious” themselves in their “irreligiousness”.

You are predestined to have faith or not.

Meh - the Judeo-Christian concept of free will sort of rebuts this fairly conclusively, IMHO.

You know what, maybe some parts of the universe are totally insignificant and pointless

Lol

Disagree
To think you know after how many days of being alive the thoughts and will of the creator is beyond funny.

That's the paradox of a divine, omniscient and omnipotent God creating life, in his own image with souls and free will. He knows, so from his perspective it is predestined, but from the individual's perspective it is a free choice.

I mean, at a certain point, Jake, if we can watch movies about time travel we can grasp this, can't we?

Some people? Sure, but not close to all non-religious people fall into this NPC meme.
