It always made me laugh when someone brings up or brings down a generation when another generation had the effect on that particular generation.
Like when Gen Xer's make fun of Zoomers, we're the ones who raised those kids.
I'm an Xer, but my parents were part of the silent generation, dad was very conservative.

He was born in 46, sort of in that gray area with the silent generation. I was born in '63 graduated HS in '82, always considered myself an Xer though some say Gen X starts in 65, some say 60. My dad was 10 when the war ended.
