If you substituted travel for guns, your posts would sound exactly like those saying that "some politician" has blood on their hands for not banning guns. Both advocate for statist policies to ban things that are not inherently (guns, travel) bad but are linked to things that are harmful (shootings, contracted virus). Worse yet, both put the blame on indivduals that didn't cause either.

Their poor response is very more problematic than anything Obama has done. Even then, it seems like there had been multiple procedural failures, miscommunication. and some poor luck that has contributed to this situation. Even with all that, things haven't gotten out of control. Although it always could, it is still not very likely at this point.
